Navigate to the friend's page of whom you want to suggest friends to, and then click on the "friends" button on the top right side of his page below the cover photo, and you will find the "suggest friends" link.
Once you have clicked on this link, you can then suggest any of your friends, by clicking on them, or by typing their names in the search field. |

Mutual friends are the people who are Facebook friends with both you and the person whose timeline you are viewing. For instance, if you are friends with Chris, and Mark is friends with Chris, then Chris will be shown as a mutual friend when you are viewing Mark's timeline.

a mutual friend is automatic - you dont "Create" them - if you and another person have 1 friend in common, that is called a mutual friend
