How do you enable/allow special permissions on facebook apps?

I'm trying to use the astrology application and I want my daily horoscopes to appear on my wall. However, I keep getting a pop up window that says: " Daily content will be delivered to your wall.
You will need to allow special permissions to receive this content on your wall."

It has two options which are: "Yes! Send me my daily horoscope" and " "skip"

I can click skip, but it won't let me select Yes. I see other friends using the app, so how do I allow special permissions? I'm on a mac by the way.

i'm on windows based pc and it won't work for me either and i see friends use it too. it used to work just fine but quit working about a month ago.
