On facebook, what photo editing program are people using to draw on profile pictures?

On facebook I keep seeing people who have drawings or words on their facebook profile picture. For example I see things like them pixellating the edges of pictures and using cool fonts or little animals in bottom corner. Which photo program are they using?? Not just for facebook but for everyday use. Thanks.

It's an online program called Picnik.

Theres a really popular one that everyones using at the moment.

Its called Picnik. You can doodle on your images, create collages and fancy collages. You can add some amazing effects, stickers and text as well as touch up any odd spots, sharpen the image and create some amazing stuff.

It truly is amazing and I havnt found anything that can beat it.
