If I put my picture on Facebook anyone can use it?
Someone told me:
"If you picture on a public domain and it doesnt have a copyright then it is permanently part of the public domain or shared property" So If I put my picture on Myspace, imageshack, fb, etc. Can it be used for ads and stuff without me knowing legally? Ads |

Facebook could use it for ads. Check your privacy settings.

Im pretty sure they can copy and paste it but if its a profile picture i think thts against the law. Iv never really seen people do that so just go ahead and make a profile pic.

not entirely, if the pic is your face then they cannot use it with out your permission, anything else they can
