stupid facebook apps?

i blocked this one horoscope app and then i looked on my privacy settings and then later on had it unblocked and i guess i did something wrong were i tottaly blocked it all from showing up and i want it back but dont know how to get it again i tried restarting it all over again and it still doesnt wanna show
i tried readding it and it still doesnt seem to work i accidently permently blocked it all and i am trying to undo it

You have to Readd the Horoscope App Again in order For it to Show Back on your Facebook
