Can you hide one post a friend puts on your timeline from one other friend?

There's a SUPER nosy lady at my job. She recently asked me about another friend of mine on Facebook. I blocked her from seeing all of my friends, but she can still search the page of the person I blocked her from if that person posted on my timeline, right?

I really would prefer that she couldn't see the post at all, actually. Here's my question: Can I hide ONE single post that another person put on my page from another single selected person? I don't care if anyone else can see it, but I don't want the nosey lady at my job to be able to view it. Please help....

is someone else created the post, or you created the post on someone else's timeline, then no

if you created that post on your own timeline, then yes, just use the audience selector to decide who can see it
