Is it acceptable to put this as work on Facebook?

Kind of a dumb question, but I'm a mentor at a program that teaches enturpurenuership to high school students. I do not get paid since it is volunteer work. I am, however, obligated to have certain hours per week through this program though. So is it acceptable to put it under work? I've seen someone on my friends list put being vice president at their college under work and just wondered if it'll look okay

Yes, or course its ok. Volunteer work is a type of work.

My friend has it listed that he is the president of uganda under his work info. Facebook doesnt matter for work. No one cares what you put under your "work" info. Its facebook. FACE. BOOK. you can put anything you want

It doesn't really matter what you put for your work on Facebook. I have a friend who put that he works for Wayne enterprises.
