I received a direct message and is stupidly clicked on the link , which gave me the virus so now I have a automatic dm thing which is sending the direct message in to the people I follow , HOW DO I STOP THIS PLEASE HELP

Remove what ever antivirus you were using and use avast.then scan.

Change your password and check to make sure you don't have any unautorized applications connected

may be you are victim of exploit-pack try to reinstall window and then install a good antivirus like avira premium security
