So my best friend of 4 years now doesnt talk to me. We dont have any classes this year but that shouldnt matter. we used to text every day, call each other every night, chat on fb 24/7. now he doesn't text me, call me, and last time i chatted him asking when a project was due he didnt respond when it said on facebook that he had looked at the message. so recently, he got a boyfriend (yes, he's gay), and he didnt even tell me. this is his first boyfriend, like, it's an important thing...he told my friend but not me...so i messaged him just now saying "you have a boyfriend and you didnt tell me??? yeahhh you officially SUCK" "Hey, i didn't wanna tell anyone!" "........." "whaaaat? he's shy about it and i didn't want to go spreading it around....he wants to keep it on the downlow.." ".......that was even worse than the answer before....." "ugh. nevermind..." like his message came off to me as if he was saying he didn't want to tell just anybody, even though he told my friend, and that if he told me, the result would be that it'd be spread around. just idk, i got really offended, so am i overreacting? should i send him this message? i don't know if it's too mean in this situation or not. "or you could be sassy with me... i thought we were still best friends buuut apparently not...sorry i couldnt work around your schedule...sorry you seem to think i've turned into a gossip girl with a "blonde personality" .....but have fun...maybe some day you'll actually have time to talk to your old friends once in a while..unfortunately, we've come to the place in time where you feel you can't even tell me when something important like that happens...soo, don't mind my surpressed anger and sorry if this message came off as 'blonde' or snooty, but uhh.. night. you may now disregard this message" *note: the one time we spoke two weeks ago he said "your hair is turning blonde. and so is your personality!" ....and like, we have never fought in all the 4 years of our friendship..please help!!! should i send that message or not? if not, what should i send instead??
