I want to stop a person from posting on my timeline but i dont want to delete him?

I signed in to my brothers facebook, went to privacy settings, blocked people and apps, and put myself on his restricted list, but it didnt work, i could still post on his timeline. And on custom settings, you can only block them from seeing your posts. I really want to stop this guy from posting but dont want to delete him. What can i do?

the restricted list just prevent him from seeing your status updates, likes, and comments

it doesnt prevent him from posting stuff on your profile

there is no way to prevent a friend from posting on your profile
