Can you keep different apps open on the Playstation vita at the same time?
As in keeping the web browser open when your signed into facebook, keeping the friends app open so your friends can see you online on the playstation vita playing a game as well while your signed in? And you can keep switching between these tabs/ or whatever their called?

i believe so, you just acn't have like the web browser and youtube open if you areplaying games as far as i know.
