How can you tell if youve been blocked from facebook or friends account deactivated?

please help one of my friends i was in contact with has disappeared completely from my facebook tried searching using different log in account. all wall posts have been removed and cant find this person on mutual friend lists. all i have are some of this persons old messages but cant click on there name.recently found out they were going out with another friend is it possible to completely hide from someone else as i also tried doing a goole search the name comes up but when i click link error message appears really strange
Ok rechecked my facebook again the person that i believe has blocked me all there previous wall post comments have been removed including comments on photos all i have from them are old inbox messages with there name and all it allows me to do is report them. thanks Seol for your answer i believe i have been blocked as the friend i was messaging for ages has started a relationship with a new person and probaly doesnt want me to see.
Very childish but would be good to find out i suppose one way of finding out is through a mutual friend also i noticed all mutual friend lists are missing this person and total friends have been reduced by one person.
If this person has set there privacy settings so high they are blocked out from the rest of the world which is strange?

i dont think anybody knows that but it is either his account is banned or he blocked u or u blocked him

yes, it is possible to completely hide somone. What happened to you describing below:

â–  I think the person has removed you from his/her friend list and then set his/her search privacy to "only friends".......So you can't find him/her in search.......Although you find him/her through any link( like google search) then the link won't work now because the new settings will take effect into.

â–  The person may have deactivated his/her profile. In this case all of his/her posts will be hidden, every post he/she is tagged will remove the link to his profile....Only his/her name will be shown in the picture or video.

â–  But since you him/her with someone else then recheck is there any link to him/her profile where you saw him/her ( i mean check the picture or video where you saw the person. )
