How Do I see what facebook groups im in?

On your home page along with photo's, applications and so on, on your left hand side - there is an option that says "groups" and "pages". if you click on these you can click the 'x' next to each group, which will then remove you from that group/page.

Go to your facebook homepage.
Underneath your name and picture it says news feed, messages, events etc.
Under that it should have one that says groups, if you can't see it, click the 'more' option and it should be there somewhere (:
