How bad is it to remove someone from your Facebook Friends list?
OK, I did it!! I removed a friend from Facebook! and when he discovered about that he never talked to me as if I killed someone! Is what I did really bad?! Should I apologize and add him again?!

my guess is that you removed him b/c you dont like him. so wouldnt you be happy that he's not talking to you anymore? if you dont like him dont add him back or apologize.

Well...ya know, its sort of like this...: removing someone from your myspace or your facebook doesn't SEEM bad, but what if you were to be taken off someone's list? Although no one sees it like a big deal until it happens to them, it sort of means a lot to someone. Like on my myspace, I moved my ex off of my top friends list and thought nothing of it. But then I looked on his page and I wasn't on the top either. I had a fit and was all upset, but then it hit me: I did the same thing, so it shouldn't matter...right? But it does matter. Not sure why, but it hurts.

I usually can't believe it when I get removed form someone's friend list. I always wonder why they did it. Since they don't inform you of being removed, it always takes me by surprise.

Its not bad. I delete friends all the time. Like if I don't talk to them or haven't in a long time. I know that they have a facebook so if I ever need to/want to talk to them I can.

But no, don't say your sorry. You must have had a reason for deleting them from your friends list.

Well, it's kind of like saying you don't like him anymore, unless you were weeding out tons of people that you're not close with, or if you deleted your account.
There must have been a reason you deleted him? He should understand if something bad happened between you. Otherwise, it was kind of random of you.
If you still want him as a friend, on facebook and real life, I guess you should apologize and re-add him. But he might not accept your friend request now.
