She said "hey x", she only said this once. And he deleted her. She wants to know if she has done something wrong or something. xox Thanks.

She has done nothing wrong, but he as an adult who works at this activity centre is protecting himself, just like a teacher, adults are not allowed to encourage school children into any kind of relationship other than teacher student, or activity instructor student you see.

As a teacher I agree totally with Billie's view on this. He has probably been told very clearly at Induction that he is not to have any personal relationship with any of the students as this is unethical and unprofessional and he could lose his job - and career - as a result.

The question is what was your friend trying to achieve by contacting this guy? Probably some kind of relationship based on attraction. This is the danger. She didn't do anything "wrong" - she was just a bit naive about the implications for him.
