Facebook privacy information ?
I'm not really supposed to have a facebook so even if you have a hidden name can your parents find you easily if there not friends with any of my friends?

if u have ur privacy setting " who can search me on facebook" set to "friends only" then there is nothing to worry abt!

If they want to find you, they can get the info from somewhere I'm sure. And I think if they have your email address, they can find that too. If you're under the correct location, you could pop on the "people you may know" if they're on facebook.

If you have it set to "Friends Only" you have nothing to worry about.

BUT....

Parents sometime check the history of the computer ( Based on what you explained, your parents might just check) Also, your friends parents could be checking there Facebook, so be careful what you post as your status, and maybe then you'll be okay.

Dear Log on to your facebook account

click on accounts then Privacy Settings

Now under the Connecting on Facebook tab
Control basic information your friends will use to find you on Facebook.

Click on
View Settings

now click on the box front of
Search for you on Facebook

and select Friends only

Now only your friend can search you.
