Facebook help please i'm getting annoyed?

ok so I keep getting Notifications about people adding new pictures & updating there status & I want it to stop I have gone to their profile & then friends & check the get notifications off but I still get them please please help me

Just get off of Facebook it will help your life tremendously

It sounds like you have added them to your Close Friends list. You get notified about whatever they do? Just remove them from the Close Friends. If they are close Friends, you will see a star by them.

when tehy notifications appear click the "x" on the right hand side and itll ask you if you want to stop recieving notifications and what not.
