My Kindle Fire won't turn on?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Last night I was on Twitter on my Kindle Fire, when the screen suddenly turned off. I tried to turn it in again, but it wouldn't work. The only thing that happened was the button on the bottom lit up and turned green for about two seconds before stopping. I plugged it into the charger last night, thinking that it would be better by the morning, but today it still won't work. Please help!

if ur getting power but the screen wont even boot, that means the mother board is fried kindle has had a problem with this after long term use. sorry mate
