How do you stop Facebook friends from knowing what you do in the ticker?

As in knowing what you're commenting on, knowing what you're liking, etc..
I mean this is RIDICULOUS. I don't want answers they'll tell me to block them OR telling me not to get a facebook cause 1) I ALREADY HAVE A FACEBOOK. 2) I USE FACEBOOK TO TALK TO FAMILY.

So yeah, I hope to get good responses.
