On twitter follow more people and more people will follow you. Also do what you just did, ask people to follow you ( i will follow you @jaidyn108 is my name ) also YOU HAVE ALLOT OF FOLLOWERS ON TWITTER 461 thats over 10X what i have. Just follow everyone that follows you

It doesnt happen overnight, usually accounts with thousands of followers belong to users that have websites that get tons of visitors, and people start following them from there, also because they are celebrities, but if you have a niche and tweet interesting stuff all the time people will start following you anyways
