How do I hide what groups/pages I join on facebook?

you cant, this is just how facebook is, its soo your friends can see wqhat you are up too

Step 1
Sign into your facebook account and go to the group you created.
Step 2
Since it is your group you will have the option to: Edit group members.
Click on this option and you will see a list of all the members in your group.
Step 3
It will give you the option of removing each member from the group. That's right, you have to indivually remove every member. So if you have a ton of members your going to be clicking all night.
Step 4
Eventually the group will have zero members, hence removing the group from existence. Its gone. Seriously. Like it never existed. This can either be done in about a minute or it might take all day, it just depends on how many members your group had.
