Long story short...:

Me and this girl have been talking recently, about 2 or 3 weeks.. I've asked her to hang out and she wants to but we have not yet because she's super busy..

- I've known her for 4 years, we've hung out before maybe 4 times, as a group..; she is single, we've been texting mostly plus skype, facebook, and calling..

What I need to know is.. Should I just ask her out over skype or something? Cause we haven't hung out yet, and have been talking for a while.. What should I do? Should I try flirting with her, just wait till in person, or what?

How would you feel ladies, What can and should I do?

I think maybe you should keep flirting with her for maybe a week or so just to make sure. But DON'T ask her out over the phone or anything. Do it in person! Something cute. Ask her to hang out or something and when she's over or wherever you are just ask her.
