How do you arrange your facebook friends into groups?

Go to Friend. . All Friends on the top.

Hit on the top "Create New List"

After you create the list, go back to "All Friends"

Each friend should have a "Add to List" option next to their name. Click this, and choose what list you want to add that person too. Remember, you can add 1 person to multiple lists. For example I have some people in "CoWorkers" and in "Close Friends" list at the same time.
