how do I undo the "Allow Access" Thing on facebook?

I was on facebook and clicked on an ad without noticing and accidentally clicked on the "allow access" button for applications on facebook, how do I make it so i can undo the allow access thing?

On the bottom left corner of the screen there's a tab that says "Applications". Click on this then click on Edit Applications. This will bring you to a list of all of your applications. You can either remove the application completely by hitting the X or click Edit Settings >> Additional Permissions to just change the permissions it has.
