Twitter newbie needs help?

OK so I made a twitter account and yeah is there a part of it like a page or something where everybody's tweets show up? and also any tips on how to gain followers?

In the top left hand corner there is a home button but you'll only see tweets from who you follow. To see more tweets, follow more people.

To view tweets, you can visit a profiles specific page, or you can follow them which will enable their tweets to appear on your home page, and you will be able to see their regular updates and so on.

To gain followers from an early stage can be quite difficult, all you have to do is follow a strategy called followback. You can go onto certain pages where people will follow you back if you follow them, and you can advertise your page on these followback pages, to gain more followers as long as you follow back.
You can also buy followers of off some websites.

The easiest way to get new follower is to follow some people and ask for a follow back. Most of them will follow back. You should like look at their follower and followings because some of them might not follow back because their tweets are so 'famous' and so they feel better than 'normal' people. Who to follow is easy. You just think of some celebs you like and search for them and their fans.
To gain follower without doing the annoying 'follow back?' thing you just need to tweet like a few times in 1 hour. And your tweets should also be interesting and not annoying.
