When I get on Y!A it's on the side when I go to Twitter, I see them. Facebook. Everywhere. It's like they're hellbent on getting me to spend my money.

i must assume you recently looked at some clothes, and now you are getting targeted advertisements. flush out your cookies and your cashe. after that you will probably get the basic generic ad mix.

It's the google ad thingee. Basically, it tracks what you search and then it uses that to target ads to you.
