Can you edit a facebook profile like you can on myspace?

I have just got a facebook profile and was wondering if you can edit your profile like you can on myspace.
If so, can yousuggest some sites please.

You can edit information and pictures. You can use applications that play music as well as other stuff. In terms of backgrounds/layouts no you can't. Facebook uses a generic design, all users profiles look the same except for the applications they may have.

Applications can be used to play games, grow plants, play music, create special friends list and the list goes on...

The main fun behind facebook is joining fun groups, using interesting apps and commenting on the peoples pics as well as your own (personal favs of Facebook®).

Its not as glamourous as myspace but its just as fun, some people love it and others hate it. Just takes time to understand then you're addicted to some group or some application, fun nonetheless
