How to upload a photo of myself on my Yahoo! Profile?

Help!

It won't let me create an avatar

& it won't let me uplad a photo ---

what is going on here ?

When I go to my profile & Click on my default photo

It only gives me a facebook option

If you want to change your picture :

Go to your Yahoo profile page.Up the top of this page click on your name and
select Profile.Click on the exclamation box to change picture.Click Upload to use
a picture from your computer.
