How do you find how many groups you are in on Facebook?

I have joined many groups on Facebook. My friend asked me, when we were on the subject, how many groups I was in. I then told her I will tell her when I figure out how to see how many groups I am in. And also I would like to see what groups I'm a fan of. Yes they are different. Please help me

you go into your info and scroll down. there will be a section on your groups, and another section on you pages and fans

when you scroll down to your groups it says see all(#) and it has the number of groups your in

go on your profile then go under the tab info on the right side of you profile pic then scroll down to groups

If you click your applications thing at the bottom bar thing, then select the application called 'Groups'. It shows all the groups you're in, and how many, as well as suggesting new ones for you. I would know, having reached the maximum amount allowed of 300...
