so I have 350 friends on Facebook but when I add new people I find someone deletes me

Only if you are offending them than its OK for them to delete you so randomly.may be they think you are just adding random people and you are not serious in being friends so they delete you as a random guy who is just in habit to add people up.It happens, if you don't build up good ties with the friends you already have.
