I know this is a dumb question but i;m new to twitter SO when I REPLY TO A TWEET IT SHOWS UP ON MY PAGE BUT NOT THERE'S SO CAN THEY SEE IT OR NOT do they have to follow me to see it? Thanks

Make sure you start with @ and then their screen name like for example @shazballs then type what you want that's my screen name if you want to try it

make sure your profile is public or the one you are tweeting is either have a public account and make sure you use the @ sign before its username.
