How can i make joining groups on facebook private?

First of all create the group. Then in step two "customization," you should have an option of making it secret. Click on this option. Now only members of the group know about it.

at the bottom of the new facbook screen, click applications

then click "Edit"

then click the "added to profile" tab, and scroll down until you find "Groups" n click

then click "edit"

and then click the "wall" tab

change as you please!
