I want to send a message to someone on twitter but there not following me.. Please read for details....?
Ok well this is a Twitter question i am Wanting to get a singer to follow me i am following him but his not following me...

My question is i cant send him a direct message because his not following me but if when he posts something can i reply to that post and then he will get that reply and read it or doesnt that work if not what is the other way....

@ reply him. For example

"@famoussinger Please follow me." This will then show up on his home and mentions timelines. The problem is, some people follow lots of people but don't read their tweets.
