What do you guys think of this guy?

He facebook friended me, got my number, planned a date, liked my profile pic and mentioned me on facebook, but then he never called. Then, when I came back to college he called me randomly. He lives in a different country, and he said that he looked through my cousin's phone to get my number and called me like three times. He said he didn't call me because my cousin is too jealous and wouldn't want him contacting me, and he said that when he's interested in something, he finds a way to get it, and then said we never got a chance to go out while I was there. I messaged him three days after that and he took like half a day to get back to me. I messaged him back and he's, again, taking forever to get back to me even though it says he already saw the message. Wtf? Is he interested or not????
Yeah, he's a douche. He ended the messaging by saying he's "looking forward to talking to me soon," which OBVIOUSLY means he's not that into me, but I'm stuck on him now. ughhhh. Plus, I'm pretty sure there's someone else. I just wish I knew why he even tried to call me! I'd be over him by now if not for that call!

He's just playing with you. Once you forget him he'll start chasing you again until you lower your guard and then he'll disappear again. he isn't worth your time.
