Really need your help with this girl plz answer?

Alright i'm Jay ftm transgender and i'm having some issues with this girl that i really need to solve but don't know how. So anyways to make the long story short i like this girl and she actually knew for a long time and she seemed ok with it i mean we had some good laughs but what happened was that i guess to many people found out and she then started to distance herself i mean we did still talk a lot and always made eye contact. And so i didn't speak to her for the rest of the school year and then people started lying and telling me she likes me and even wrote a fake note smfh. which hurt. So summer approached and i wanted her to join my grandmas agency because she has a lot of talent so me and her were talking on twitter about it and she seemed happy about it. But she then unfollowed me then followed back then unfollowed me and then blocked me i was hurt So i guess i really wanna clear things up with her but i don't know what to say and how to get the msg to her because she blocked me on twitter. So i really need your help serious answers plz

You need to confront her. There is no other choice. Ask her straight forward why is she doing this to you and what is the matter but don't be rude or harsh when you talk about this. Try to be as nice as you can.
