How can you hide profile picture on facebook timeline?

I want to keep this photo as my profile pic, but I want it to be hidden when people click on it (like it goes to the next one) ...is there an option for hiding (not deleting) specific ones? Or do i just have to hide the whole album??

you can make all the photos of a album like this.............jst make the photo private

Scroll your mouse over to the top right of the little timeline box and it'll show a pencil and star. click the pencil and then options show up. there is a "hide from timeline" option so there you go!
