How do i connect facebook to my words with friends account?

I had words with friends on my phone connected to my facebook, but it was frozen for 3 days so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now when I click facebook friends it says another user is already connected to my facebook, so I can't. But I still have the same account so I don't see why it doesn't work..
