How do I add a photo to my facebook profile off of a cd?

I have a photo on a cd from walgreens that I want to place on my facebook profile.

If the photo is saved on the CD - insert CD, open file on computer, save to somewhere on your computer. Go to FB, upload new photo, find it and upload it.
If its just printed on the cd, you can scan it in, or search for it in Google images. Then just follow the above instructions.

here is a simpler way.
login.
click your name next to the profile picture.
in the upper right corner of your picture, you are give the option to change picture. click it
Then click upload picture.
if asked to install an add-on, accept it and download it. then you are given the option to find where the file you want to up load. click browse, then to where ever the file is located and select open. the file is automatically uploaded and your profile picture is also change.
