People cant click on my profile picture?

People cant click on my profile picture?
My friends tell men that when you enter my profile on Facebook the little square that show my profile picture inst click-able.
And when I open my profile it automatically shows the option "add profile picture"

How can I fix that so its accessible to everyone

Upload another profile picture , click that pick to download or save on the phone and upload it to facebook
