My facebook ad only has 1 impression in 8 hours, what am I doing wrong?

The likely cause is your bid on the keywords you have is too low. I bet if you raise your bid to or above what facebook's said you should be bidding the impressions will start. I've noticed on facebook ad system if you don't bid the amount they say you should the ads are not displayed AT ALL. Where as on bing/google your ad will still be shown if it is below the front page bid rate it just will be shown a lot less. On yahoo they actually tell you at what bid rate your ad won't be shown at all. Facebook do not tell you when your ad won't be displayed but it seems if your bid is below their estimated or suggested bid rate your ad simply won't be displayed at all. Try bumping your bid up a little and see what happens.
