I can't access my friends profile,and the messages say their sent from a Facebook User am I blocked or unfriended or what?

if it says "Facebook user" then yes, you were blocked

if they had just deactivated their profile, those messages would still have the person's name at least (with no picture of them)

The person deactivated his/her's Facebook or Facebook disabled the account.

Maybe Facebook thought their account was hacked so they make them do a security check and the account is disabled until the security check is finished, it happened to me
