Well getting followers can become hard after you asked all your friends and family. There are plenty of methods of ganing followers. For example you can follow lots of random people in the hope that some of them will follow back. And some of them will follow you back but you eventually will follow so many people that twitter you eventually block your account for following any future people... and this sucks.
