Facebook ads will never appear as banners in the center, top, or left column of Facebook web pages.If you're seeing ads in these locations, or ads that flash or play sound automatically, you probably have adware.To remove it, review the add-ons or toolbars that you've enabled for your browser.

Firstly remove any browser extensions or software that you installed recently, as its most likely one of those that is injecting the ads into your facebook pages. if that doesnt work, next thing to try is an antimalware scanner such as malwarebytes antimalware or superantispyware.
Once you have done that, i recommend you install the fb purity browser extension as it blocks all the "normal" facebook ads and sponsored stories etc and also lets you customise facebook exactly how you like it. Source(s): http://fbpurity.com |
