How do I avoid the facebook timeline?

I heard that all facebook profiles will be switched to timeline on March 22nd. How do I avoid this? I like the original layout of the profile.

It is probably unavoidable unless you mess around with the facebook html other than that i would suggest using the facebook help page.

Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.
