My twitter follows random people?

I signed my username and password into some twitter website that helps you gain "69 followers a day" I did gain followers, but they were all creepy random people and had extremely innapropriate usernames. Then, I went under who I am following and I ended up following 100 people with innapropriate user names too! I don't know how to stop it from doing it automatically. Help

Change your password right away. Don't give your password away again or it will keep happening.

You will have to delete all the people that followed you if you want to get rid of them.
