VERY Awkward situation help!?
Okay so i have a boyfriend that i am completely obsessed with and i think i love him and i also have this best guy friend that i have known all my life like since i was 6 years old and tonight he just told me he liked me more than a friend and has for a long time like longer than me and my boyfriend have been dating and i feel really bad because i dont think of him this way and i want to stay friends i feel so bad for him he said im his only friend! and he texts me all the time and i dont wanna be mean and not reply because i still wanna be friends with him but he is sorta getting annoying.. and also he had a tweet on twitter that said "i wish i could send her a good morning beautiful text but shes taken" and i asked if it was about me and it was.. seriously what should i do?

Nothing, he knows you're taken.. I would say there is really nothing else you can do..
Let him know you love the current relationship you are in right now. Let him know that you thank him for telling you But you aren't willing to dump your boyfriend for him. Just make sure you let him know you still want to be bestfriends . Ads |

You want to be with your boyfriend. So be with him. Tell your best friend that you want to be JUST friends.

It isn't awkward. Its time for you to make a choice. You need to break up with your bf and date the other one. Its simple. Otherwise you're leading them both on and that's worse. Be nice. Be kind. Be soft.
Don't just dump the guy without a thought. It seems like he cares. I'm sorry you have to choose between two good things, but I think you have your answer in your question. Good luck, best wishes(: |

The best thing you can do is to tell your friend honestly how you feel and that he is just a friend to you and you would like to remain friends but that you do not think of him in that way. Tell him you love your boyfriend. That way he will know loud and clear how you feel and should not expect anything. If you don't nip this in the bud and tell him he may think he has a chance and may keep bugging you and trying. That is what he is doing---trying his best. If he knows he does not have a chance, he will or should stop. It is best for him to know the truth right away so then you both can move on.

Simply tell him that you are not interested in anything but a friendship. If he is truly your best friend or even a good friend, he will understand and everything will be dandy. If not, then find better friends who respect the fact that you have a relationship.

people fall for their friends. it happens.
just let him down easy, dont lead him on because he will find out and be hurt more in the end. dont let a crush ruin ur friendship. thats probably what he most worried about. tell him ur glad he told u, but u two have to be just friends. good luck xx |
