Do the friends who are on your facebook profile friends list view your profile recently? Even when I refresh the page the same ppl are there just in a different order. This one person is always on there and i hardly interact and have not been on there page in months.

No it's wired the ones who you've talked to most or yor oldest ones.

In fact it's a rumor.No these people are chosen randomly by facebook system.Moreover,Facebook cannot tell you who is visiting your profile because it's against facebook privacy policy.Anyway,You can find some facebook pages or applications for telling you who is visiting your profile but they're fake :-) Good Luck!
