does anyone know a picture editing tool to fix crooked noses in pictures?

my friend has this picture of her's with amir khan (boxer) and wants to put it up as her profile picture on facebook, she's pretty sad about how ugly she looks in the picture. I've done most other editing only the nose is left...is there any way to do it.

kinda sad you have to resort to such drastic measures. Its a cool picture with a known boxer, who cares! LOL

Anyways the liquify tool set in PS should do the trick, specifically the turbulence tool. (play around with the settings as the defaults are too harsh)
