Can you tell who added who on facebook as friends from the way their names are displayed?
In example, when it says "Person x is now a friend with y" did person x or y add the other one as a friend? In this case, who added whom?

it dosnt work like that its how you view it example say you add some new person when they sent you an invite it will say you are now friends with who ever now you send them an invite and they add you it will still say you are now friends with who ever
so if you look at a friends page from being one of x's friends and not y's it will always say "Person x is now a friend with y" but if u were to flip it and you were y's friend and not x's it would say "Person y is now a friend with x" so its not about who added who its about what friend is yours first before the addition of the new friends lol no im fucken with you i have no idea but im always right so take it how you want |

No, you cannot tell if x added y or not. Because, if x is your friend, Facebook will show you "x is now a friend with y" & if y is your friend Facebook will show you "y is now a friend with x".
