How to prove its a celebrity on facebook?

I know this celebrity (my friend is his cousin) and he added me on facebook yesterday so i asked him if he was the real celebrity and he said yes but i doubt it...how do i ask him to prove its really him without being mean or rude?

Ask him to write your name on a paper and take a picture of himself holding that paper. That way you can prove it's him.

Does he have tweeter. Many celebrities update their status and tweet about the same think. You may check if his tweet and status update are nearly the same. Or maybe you can check his friend list. He'll be a celebrity if he has celebrities to be his friends
